E3: ATi Shows Off Near Final Xbox 360 GPU
 May 22nd, 2005 (12:37am) - While the Xbox 360 games on display all around the show floor were running on what they call "alpha kits", over at ATi’s booth we got a glimpse of what they’re calling a "nearly complete" GPU with a new installment of their real-time Ruby demo.
We spent a great deal of time watching and were not immediately impressed - it looked like more CG. And then suddenly, the actoin paused and someone began rotating and zooming the scene in every which way, and it just looked stunning.
