Sigma Star Saga Gone Gold for the GBA

June 30th, 2005 (10:50am) - Namco’s Sigma Star Saga has gone gold for the Game Boy Advance and is well on its way to making its August release. The game combines role-playing depth and storytelling with intense space-shooting action to create an original video game adventure unlike any other.

Taking place in the midst of a decades-long interplanetary struggle, Sigma Star Saga casts players as a human double agent deep in enemy territory on a mission to subvert the Krill armada from the inside. Featuring an engaging storyline of love, betrayal and revenge spanning the entire galaxy, Sigma Star Saga allows players to explore their surroundings and outfit their character, with powerful weaponry that will prove indispensable in their quest for victory.

The action takes to the skies in fast-paced side-scrolling space shooting segments. Using unique Gun Data found during exploration missions, players can customize their ship with more than 15,000 combinations of upgrades that can be used during battle segments.

Sigma Star Saga will be available on retail shelves across North America on August 16, 2005 and will be available for a suggested retail price of $29.99.
