Atari has financial troubles after a horrible first quarter
August 10th, 2005 (10:49am) - Atari has reported a loss of $32.8 million in the quarter that ended June 30th, with the publisher failing to publish a popular game to match the performance of Driv3r in the same period last year.
To help with the situation, Ataris parent company Infogrames has said it "will provide financial backing to Ataris operations and cash requirements." Reported by David Amirian on August 10th, 2005 (10:49am) [From: GamesIndustry.biz]
