Sigma Star Saga Ships for GBA

August 16th, 2005 (3:08pm) - Namco has announced that their role-playing game Sigma Star Saga has shipped to North American retail stores, exclusively for the Game Boy Advance.

In Sigma Star Saga, players are thrust into the midst of a decades-long interplanetary struggle. The engaging storyline of love, betrayal and revenge spans the entire galaxy and features multiple endings.

Acting as a human double agent deep in enemy territory on a mission to subvert the Krill armada from the inside, players will need both brains and brawn to survive. As a member of the Allied Earth Federation, players explore their surroundings and outfit their character with powerful gadgets crucial to their victory.

When encountering an enemy, the action takes to the skies in fast-paced side-scrolling space shooting segments. Using more than 50 unique Gun Data items they discover during exploration missions, players can customize their ship with more than 15,000 combinations of upgrades for use during battle segments.
