Metroid Prime: Hunters Wi-Fi Enabled!

August 26th, 2005 (11:25am) - Fans upset about the delay of Metroid Prime: Hunters will find solace in the latest announcement from Nintendo: they officially announced today the game will be Wi-Fi enabled.

While the game was previously slated to only work wirelessly with four people in close proximity, Nintendo says the team is adding the neccesary components to the game so it works with the Nintendo Wi-Fi Network, hence the reason for the delay.

In related news, Nintendo will be showing the single player portion of Metroid Prime: Hunters for the first time ever, at the upcoming Penny Arcade Expo in Bellvue, Washington this weekend.

Also being shown for the first time are the three other bounty hunters in the game.
