September 7^th, 2005 (5:05pm) - Along with nine new in-game screenshots of the game, Activision has revealed that a Limited Edition version of Ultimate Spider-Man will be released for the PlayStation 2 on September 26th and will include a large variety of extras that can only be found in the limited edition version of the game.

The Limited Edition of Ultimate Spider-Man will contain the following:

Includes 2 exclusive character bio. pages on Spider-Man and Venom
- Retells the entire story of the Ultimate Spider-Man Venom arc (chapters 33 through 39)

- Brian Michael Bendis, writer of Ultimate Spider-Man comics and Ultimate Spider-Man the game
- Mark Bagley, illustrator for Ultimate Spider-Man comics and Ultimate Spider-Man the game (he did the character concepts for the game)
