New Animal Crossing Wild World Details

September 21st, 2005 (7:22pm) - The latest issue of Nintendo Power has revealed some new details regarding Animal Crossing Wild World, one of the first online multiplayer Nintendo games.

The magazine reveals that up to four players will be able to live in the same village, in the same house, with a single game card. However, these roommates will have just as much control and freedom as you do in the world of Animal Crossing. They’ll be able to move furniture, pay off your home’s mortgage, and perhaps even sell some of your collectible items! It has not been revealed if players will be able to have roommates in the game’s online component.

Additionally, it has also been revealed that everyone’s favorite guitar playing dog, K.K. Slider, will be reappearing in the DS’ sequel.

We hope to have more information on Animal Crossing Wild World as its December 5th release date approaches. In fact, we’re hoping to stumble across a slew of news regarding the game’s online modes when Nintendo fully reveals the details behind their Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection online multiplayer gamer service in October.
