Peter Jackson acting as Executive Producer for Halo movie
 October 4th, 2005 (4:24pm) - Bungie has revealed that Peter Jackson, director of the Lord of the Rings trilogy and the upcoming King Kong remake, has been secured as the Executive Producer for the feature film based on Halo. Additionally, WETA will be responsible for the film’s special effects, fabricating Covenant weapons to building life-sized Foreruner structures.
