Pokémon XD GameCube bundle now available
October 13th, 2005 (3:18pm) - In an effort to stimulate sales of the GameCube over the holiday season, Nintendo today announced that a Pokémon XD GameCube hardware bundle has made its way to videogame retailers nationwide. This Limited Edition Bundle features a GameCube system and controller, Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness and a Limited Edition Pokémon XD faceplate – all at an MSRP of only $99.99.
Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness for Nintendo GameCube features visually stunning graphics, amazing battles and mind-blowing effects. A wonderful new storyline means players must thwart the evil plans of Cipher, a ruthless organization bent on using Shadow Pokémon to take over the world. The fate of Pokémon lies in their ability to Snag and Purify them before its too late, while a special new feature provides players the ability to import Pokémon from the Game Boy Advance Pokémon games, and watch them battle in full 3-D.
