Nintendo deals with FatPort to bring Wi-Fi gaming to Canada
October 21st, 2005 (8:23pm) - Nintendo has signed a deal with wireless internet provider FatPort in order to bring the Nintendo Wi-Fi online multiplayer game service to various hotels and retail outlets in Canada. Like Nintendos deal with WayPort in the United States, FatPort and Nintendo will allow for Canadian players to take their DSes online free of charge. This effort is mainly for the western parts of Canada and will launch on November 14th.
