Simultaneous worldwide launch for Nintendo’s Revolution
Satoru Iwata says Nintendo is planning to launch the Revolution across the globe at the same time.  October 26th, 2005 (2:16pm) - Nintendo President Satoru Iwata announced today in an interview with Nikkei Business that the Revolution release date is being planned as a simultanious world wide event.
Iwata stated that the system is due out in 2006, after the end of the current financial year at the end of March, but before December of 2006. Iwata went on to say that if the Revolution doesn’t outsell the Gamecube (which has moved 18.76 million to date), it would be considered a failure.
