Weird Worlds: Return To Infinite Space ships to retail
November 4th, 2005 (5:10pm) - Shrapnel Games has announced they have shipped Weird Worlds: Return To Infinite Space for the PC to retailers worldwide.
In Weird Worlds you can trade with bizarre aliens, discover new lifeforms and ancient artifacts, chart the uncharted depths of space, meet new friends, blast intergalactic scum, and maybe—just maybe—get rich and famous in the process. Each time you begin a new game the universe is created afresh, meaning that each adventure is a brand new game. There are no patterns to memorize, or secret winning opening moves, each game will challenge your wits and provide you with the joy of discovery. Weird Worlds: Return To Infinite Space is very much a mod-friendly game limited to only ones imagination. Want to trek through the space lanes in a copyrighted spaceship? Go for it! Just watch out for those Paramount attorneys, they breed like tribbles. Of course you can always go for something simpler, such as changing the encounters around or creating your own diabolical weaponry. Weird Worlds: Return To Infinite Space is currently available from the Shrapnel Games e-store, the Gamers Front for $24.95. Reported by David Amirian on November 4th, 2005 (5:10pm)
