THQ Inc. today announced the release of Nicktoons Winners Cup Racing for Windows PC. Published by THQs ValuSoft division, this racing game is rated "E" for Everyone and will be available at retail outlets throughout North America for $19.99 MSRP. "Nicktoons Winners Cup Racing features fast-paced racing action with, and against, the wildly popular characters from the top-rated Nickelodeon network: Fans can pick their favorite character to race against, or they can take on the personas of SpongeBob SquarePants, Jimmy Neutron, Timmy Turner, Danny Phantom, and others," said Scott Zerby, Vice President of THQs ValuSoft division. "This Windows PC game gives Nicktoons fans the chance to become the Winners Cup Racing Champion, and immerse themselves into the fantastical world of Nicktoons." The twists and turns in the Winners Cup racing course offer a variety of challenges to players as they speed through tracks in Bikini Bottom, Retroville, Amity Park, and Dimmsdale in their characters custom hot rod. Maneuvering around bubble traps and transportable holes, players who are victorious on their home track unlock favorite Nicktoons villains, including Plankton, Vlad Plasmius, Professor Calamitous and Mr. Crocker, plus play fun mini-games.
