Nacmo Bandai to Acquire Banpresto
More and more Japanese game companies merge.
February 23rd, 2006 (2:33pm) - A Bloomberg News report has revealed that Namco Bandai plans on buying the remaining shares of Japanese arcade and home console developer Banpresto. Banpresto is best known in Japan for its Super Robot Wars games and the buy out will cost Namco Bandai 18.3 billion yen ($156 million).
