G.R.A.W. Makes Impressive Debut
Ubisoft's next-gen tactical shooter sells through 240,000 copies in NA alone. March 17th, 2006 (4:29pm) - Ubisofts Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter has made quite the debut in both North America and Europe. In just over a week, G.R.A.W. has sold through 240,000 copies in North America alone and sales of the game in France, Germany and the U.K. have exceeded 120,000 units.
"Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter had the best ever first-week sales performance for our company and is looking like a major commercial success," Chairman Yves Guillemot said in the statement. Look for this sales trend to continue... its looking as if G.R.A.W. will be one of the most best selling Xbox 360 games since the consoles debut, sharing the success of Activisions Call of Duty 2.
