EA and FIFA Extend Relationship
Another seven years.  April 26th, 2006 (5:14pm) - Electronic Arts and FIFA have once again extended their relationship to continue producing FIFA-branded soccer games into 2014. The agreement makes EA the exclusive worldwide FIFA licensee in the product category of interactive soccer player, manager and fantasy software games for all platforms including consoles, mobile phones and online formats. Electronic Arts and FIFA first entered into this videogame-branding relationship in 1993.
