Activision Releases Call of Duty 2: Game of the Year Edition
Reprint of Xbox 360 launch title now available which includes new content and multiplayer maps. May 15th, 2006 (7:21pm) - Providing fans of the Xbox 360 with access to fresh, new content and behind-the-scenes access to the # 1 Xbox 360 launch title, Activision today announced the release of Call of Duty2: Game of the Year. In addition to Infinity Wards original Call of Duty 2 game, the special retail edition will also include a token that can be redeemed for the recently released Call of Duty 2: Skirmish Map Pack, two new multiplayer maps (a 400 Microsoft Point value) currently available through Xbox Live Marketplace. Call of Duty2: Game of the Year will also include a bonus DVD containing "making of" footage, historic interviews and commentaries and mission walkthroughs from the developers at Infinity Ward.
