More Acclaim IPs Sold Off
Throwback Entertainment acquires multiple titles from Acclaim. July 8th, 2006 (2:10pm) - Toronto-based publisher Throwback Entertainment has announced the acquisition of the rights and interest in multiple titles from Acclaim Entertainment. Titles acquired by Throwback include Gladiator: Sword of Vengeance, Vexx, Legends of Wrestling, Extreme-G Racing, Re-Volt and Summer Heat Volleyball. Rights to Acclaim’s franchises are being sold off as part of its liquidation, which filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in September 2004.
