Five new screenshots of the game have surfaced, showcasing the game’s familiar yet still bizarre visual style.  July 13th, 2006 (2:56pm) - Quite possibly the last GameCube-exclusive game that’ll ever be worth picking up stateside is Intelligent Systems’ Super Paper Mario. As a platformer/RPG hybrid that plans to take the success, quirkiness and visual flare of the Paper Mario RPG series and create one of the more innovative 2D platformers we’ve seen in recent memory, Super Paper Mario will once again bring Mario and crew to the classic sidescroller gameplay that made the Mario Bros. a household name decades ago.
Super Paper Mario is expected to see a release on the GameCube this holiday season and, like all GameCube titles, will be playable on Nintendo’s Wii game console.
