Comic-Con 2006: Activisions Marvel-based Games To Make an Appearance
Spider-Man games and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance to be shown off.
July 19th, 2006 (8:20pm) - Activision has announced they will showcase the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Spider-Man 3: The Game and Spider-Man: Battle for New York games in the Activision/Marvel booth #4315 at the International Comic-Con Convention in San Diego from July 19 through July 23.
Live demos of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance will be shown as Activision reveals three new playable characters to be featured in the game. Additionally, Comic-Con marks the last opportunity for aspiring Super Heroes to audition for the chance to be the in-game voices of Jean Grey and Namor – The King of Atlantis, in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. Fans can also attend Activisions Marvel: Ultimate Alliance panel where legendary comics creator Stan Lee, Marvel writer C.B. Cebulski, actors Gabrielle Carteris (voice of Elektra) and Phil Lamarr (voice of Uatu), and others will discuss bringing the characters from all over the Marvel universe together for the first time in a video game. The panel will take place on Saturday, July 23 from 10:30am – 11:30am in room 6B.
