Link Swings Remote Like Sword
Nintendo adds sword swinging to the Nintendo Wii version of Twilight Princess. Other minor changes mentioned. August 21st, 2006 (11:43am) - At E3 2006, the Nintendo Wii version of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess used the Wii remotes motion sensing capablities for items like the bow and arrow, and the hookshot. Swinging the sword, however, was out of the question, and taken care of simply through pressing the B-button.
Things have changed, however. Shigeru Miyamoto mentioned in an interview with Nintendo Dream that swordplay will be possible by swinging the Wii remote. It is not known at this moment whether it can be switched to another scheme or not. Another change involves firing the bow and arrow. While it required players to use the slightly-out-of-reach D-pad in the E3 scheme, players will now use the easier-to-reach and recently freed up B-button instead.
