November 20^th, 2007 (7:42am) - On November 23, Nintendo will release two DS Lite bundles in new colors. The Gold bundle will come with The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and will have the Zelda series’ Triforce symbol emblazoned on the lid.

The second package will contain a copy of the "Best Friends" edition of Nintendo’s best-selling dog simulator Nintendogs, and the system will be a shimmering pink color called "Metallic Rose." In the same vein as the Gold bundle’s Triforce logo, the Metallic Rose system will be imprinted with a pink pawprint.

Nintendo continues to enjoy strong sales of the DS. Citing the NPD Group, Nintendo reports that there were approximately 458,000 systems sold in October, and nearly 4.5 million sold so far in 2007. Since launch, the DS and DS Lite have sold about 13.6 million units.
