Electronic Arts Hires New CFO
Electronic Arts Hires New CFO March 28th, 2008 (9:33am) - Electronic Arts has hired a new CFO while the company is in the middle of a $2 billion bid for Take-Two Interactive - Eric Brown, most recently CFO of security software giant McAfee and former COO of EAs Redwood Shores Studio. Brown replaces Warren Jensen who abruptly left the video game company on Monday. Brown will start on April 14.
Yesterday, Take-Twos board once again rejected EAs $26/share offer, saying that they would only discuss offers after Grand Theft Auto IV comes out at the end of April. Reported by Justin Bigelow on March 28th, 2008 (9:33am)
