PS3 Set to Get In-Game XMB
The PlayStation 3 is rumored to finally be getting in-game XMB after three hundred years of frustration by gamers.  May 31st, 2008 (9:25am) - This June could be a big month for gamers who own a PS3 and want to play their games online. Sony has been hinting at it for awhile and in some cases using visual aids like T-shirts. Finally, it will be time to don those shirts and enjoy the pleasures of highly advanced and innovative functions like opening your friends list without exiting a game!
The patch for version 2.40 set to hit sometime next month will reportedly include trophies as well as the in-game XMB. No firm date has been released as to when the patch will be available. Reported by Jeremy Barnes on May 31st, 2008 (9:25am) [From: IGN]
