Nintendo Explores its USB Ports
Nintendo is looking for some well qualified individuals to probe its open and sadly unused USB port. June 11th, 2008 (8:07am) - Apparently, the memo finally got around at Nintendo that the Wii has a USB port. After receiving the memo, they did what any good company would do..they put out an ad for someone to do something with that port.
CONTRACT - Software/Hardware Tester Description of Duties * Creating and executing a test plan for Wiis USB devices * Executing test plans with great attention to detail and documenting bugs * Writing test procedure documents, gathering, and learning required software/hardware * Reproducing bug reports and helping find work-arounds or resolutions Summary of Requirements * Extremely thorough with keen attention to detail and accuracy * Able to execute scripted tasks lists with regular repetition * Ability to reliably report and track defects via spreadsheets or other bug tracking software with great detail While not a confirmation of anything, feel free to start having wet dreams about the peripherals that could be released now.
