"Project O" Coming Stateside, Renamed
The oddly titled "Project O" is coming to the US as Little Kings Story at an undisclosed future date. June 12th, 2008 (7:59am) - The Wii is a system with few RPGs, but soon it will be able to add at least one more feather to its role-playing cap. Marvelous Entertainment and XSEED Games have come together to bring "Project O" to North America under the title Little Kings Story.
The games development team is comprised of members that worked on Final Fantasy XII, Dragon Quest VIII and the Harvest Moon series, though the story-book tone is closer to the second and third games in that list. "Little Kings Story is a game we felt very strongly about offering to the United States," said XSEED Games president Jun Iwasaki. The game is described as a blend of several genres, including adventure, real-time strategy and life simulation. Players will be tasked with raising an empire and using the skill of its citizens to take over enemy nations and unite them under your flag.
