June 16^th, 2008 (12:26pm) - Hungry for more Marvel on Marvel action? Activision has just the recipe for you. Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 will be hitting all the current gen consoles and handhelds, and the PS2, as per a leak from marketing and research company Intellisponse.

According to the information, MUA2 will be based on the events of "Civil War," 2006’s epic Marvel comic line. Player will choose a side -- Captain America’s for those who want to fight the power, and Iron Man’s for those who want to register their powers and identities with the government.

The actual gameplay will remain just about the same, but attacks from different super heroes can be fused to create hybrid attacks. There are supposedly going to be over 20 playable characters, "including the Hulk, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Venom and the Human Torch."
