Nintendos Appeal On Patent Infringment Denied
Nintendo will be handing over $21 million for Innovating a little bit too close to someone elses patented innovation. June 29th, 2008 (7:16am) - In May, Nintendo lost a suit on the design of the gamecube controller, wavebird, Wiis Classic controller and Wii remote to Anascape, ltd. They appealed the decision seeking a smaller number than the 21 million. That appeal has been denied and they will be forking over the full amount to make up for their innovative designs not being quite so innovative.
