Watching how cheap the CPU can be in 1 player mode can be quit interesting, but the true secret to NFL2k1’s fun lays within its multiplayer functions, grab a friend, and take on the CPU or better yet, grab a couple of friends, and turn your house into a 2 vs. 2 grapple for the pigskin. Even if you cant manage to get a hold of 2 or 3 extra players, there’s always the network opinions, yep, that’s right, when all else fails, use the dial up to kick someone ass from across the country, a nice little additive to the mode lineup.
